Make folder private on Windows XP?

Hey I have a user account on a computer but i don't want other users to see it. When i went to settings in the sharing tab there is an option to make a folder private but i can't click it? Anyone know the reason why?

Note: -I have admin powers.
-the HDD that the folder is in, is being shared on a network
