Windows XP Professional Problems?

I own (or have) a copy of Windows XP Professional that i've used in the past to put on my computers, and the last time i saw when useing it, the disk's Product Key was used up too many time and it wouldn't allow me to use it for registering that copy. How do i fix this issue and be able to use this copy of XP?
