| how do i start learning perl?
I am beginning to learn perl. what is the best way to start. i have purchased complete reference and perl cook book. i do see sample scripts and learn from them. i refer to the book for further doubts. but i feel there can be better ways to learn it fast. Suggestions? |

You're on the right track. The fastest way to perl is by using it. One thing you can do define a programming problem you want to solve with perl and then program it. You'll learn a lot about debugging, problem solving, perl and various ways to complete the same task.
