freeze with leadtek 6600gt

Hello to all
I have planting in 3d with my graphics board, it walked very well and since
ten days, at the time of plays 3d, it slowed down then freeze the PC and
same the CTRL+ALT+SUP is inneficace, it is necessary that I reset.....
I looking for a software in Window mode which allows me to bench that GPU
and to monitore in same time with Rivatuner. I re install Sysoft Sandra,
which seemed to me to do it, but it bench only the capacities multimedia of
the CPU....
My Hardware
INTEL p4 2.4@2.55 (that made 3 years that that turns with this light o/c
without problem) Bus PCI/AGP is fixed has 33Mhz and 66Mhz in the bios

1Go of DDram 2700 (2*512)
CM Abit Be7 raid LAN+Son OnBoard+Raid Controler Bios is up to date
Leadteck 6600GT AGP Drivers 77.77 (most recent make same thing 81.94 tested)
Alim Enermax 465W with a molex for graphics board
XP SP1 more màj (except SP2)
HDD 160Mo Hitachi 8Mo mask HDD 80Mo HDD 60Mo HDD 30Mo for safeguard
Card Firewire PCI
I soupconne the rocker frequency of core 2D/3D from 300Mhz to 500Mhz to be
the cause, because I always have a perceptible slow down before planting....

thanks for reply
since it's appeared , i've put the rad down, clean it and replace thermal
grease with artic silver ( for the CPU and the GPU ), but that made nothing
better... Do you think, it's the CPU or the Geforce is overheated ? Is there
a software who shows the working of GPU fan ? I use SpeedFan Monitor, but it
does not show the video card fan.....May be this one does not speed up in 3D
mode.....

i've install WinFox2, who can monitor the Graphic Card, launch AOE3 and wait
for freeze, about 5 or 6 minute, the game start to slow down, then i had
just the time to switch to winfox ( ALT+TAB) to see what temperature inside
the GPU core, it was only 58° and the core speed was good to 500Mhz.... Dont
know what happend...
It appears since i've install AOE3, but now some 3D games ( Still Life,
Simsons Hit And Run ) freeze the PC, they worked fine before....Some Other
like Battle for Middle Earth still work fine ( also in MinasTirith Battle
with three hundret of Orcs ), i can't understand what happen...I've
re-install DiectX 9c, change and try Nvidia 77.77, 81.84, 81.85, 81.95
drivers, pickup 77.77 from Leadeck download center, always the same thing,
slowdown and freeze....
May be a spyware or virus ? I'm under Norton Antivir 2004 and NPF virus def
are up to date....I'll try Microsoft Antispyware, and go to visite Microsoft
Update, may be a critical Update missing or badworking....
