I need help with CSS coding...?

I need to know how to make a scrolling text box using CSS coding, I want to put text inside the box and have a scroll bar to scroll down and see the text because my profile on a forum board has too much stuff on it and the scrollbar can reduce the size of my page so it's not so overwhelming. can anyone tell me the code or how to do it? Much appreciated, Thanks!
