The X600 of course. 6150 LE ("Lame Edition") is just weak integrated graphics.

X600 is actually an outdated discrete graphics card with 4/2 pixel/vertex shaders, uses 128 bit memory interface and decent 9.6GB/sec memory bandwidth. It only supports Shader 2.0. It is good enough for Star Wars.

Both are integrated graphics cards, but the 6150 le is better because of a higher core clock and memory clock compared to the x600
