asus motherboard p5gc-mx, intel core2 duo processor and Asus RADEON HD 2400 PRO

256MB? asus motherboard p5gc-mx is this motherboard good enough?
with an intel core2 duo processor in addition to Asus RADEON HD 2400 PRO 256MB. with an 80 G hard drive plus with a 1G of DDR2 SDRAM. will this make a good computer? cause i have to replace with these parts.

The motherboard looks good except that its micro-atx. If you'd like to overclock your processor you probably wont have the possibility with that motherboard. Also it depends what core2duo you want. Almost any core2duo will perform well, but it depends also on what you plan to do on your computer. And the Radeon HD 2400 Pro 256mb will run well for the simple tasks but any graphics intensive programs (newer games like within the last 2-3 years or so, photoshop, 3d modeling programs) will definitely have some problems running smoothly. An 80gig harddrive is not a whole lot of room and it might fill up fast if your a power user like me. And just as a standard I recommend 2gb of ddr2 sdram, otherwise you'll probably be held back some. If you can give more details on what you plan to use your computer for then I can maybe make it more clear what you can do to make a good computer =]
