zalman or acrtic freezer are some nice ones.

if your not worried about overclocking...set your bios to put the fan speed to the lowest unless the CPU starts to overheat.

ive got a basic $10 Asus one on my Intel, and its rated at 26dBA, but i told my BIOS to keep the fan speed low and its running at 1200RPM and i pretty much cannot hear it ever.

Look at Zalman and Thermaltake. They have a lot of quiet fans. Look at their decibel ratings.
